  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
  • We reserve the right to disable accounts suspected of fraudulent or harmful activity.

4. Use of the App

Permitted Use

  • Personal, non-commercial heart wellness monitoring.
  • Lawful purposes in compliance with UK law.

Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to extract data.
  • Share false or misleading health information.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by The Heart Wellness App or its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
  • Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The App provides general wellness information only and does not constitute medical advice.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.

Service Availability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
  • Reliance on App-generated health information.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
  • By using the App, you consent to our data collection practices.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct.
  • Fail to pay subscription fees (where applicable).
